During my work at IBM, I concurrently pursued a Master's degree at FOM University, focusing on management studies, IT strategy, IT security, and consulting. My academic endeavors included research and authorship of several papers addressing pertinent blockchain topics, notably exploring themes such as the security challenges of smart contracts, the emergence of ICOs as an alternative startup funding avenue, and the integration of blockchain with Business Intelligence. Additionally, my Master's thesis culminated in the development of a prototype for a distributed IT Asset Management system, leveraging the Hyperledger blockchain technology.

While visiting asia I completed an internship at OSP. As part of the Otto group, OSP specializes in logistic software and the integration of business processes. My tasks included the evaluation, implementation and training of a CRM solution, general back-office tasks and the coordination between the offices in Germany and Taipei.
